| Description | The Commandant PN War College Lahore invites the quotations of reputed GST and Professional Tax registered firms/suppliers for the provision of under mentioned items/ services for convocation/ course dinner of 53rd PN Staff Course: a. Printing of Invitation Cards for Convocation. b. Preparation of Degree Folders c. Printing and Lamination of psn certificates d. Fabrication/ alteration of gowns e. Cutlery/ crockery arrangements during convocation/ course dinner. f. Refreshment for guests during convocation g. Dinner for guests. 2. Tender documents alongwith details above mentioned services/items can be obtained from Supply Officer PN War College Lahore, at Naval Complex Walton, Askari-V, Gulberg-III, Lahore (Tel: 042-66960207) during office working hours within 15 days of publishing of this advertisement. 3. The Commandant PN War College may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 4. All quotations will be opened in the office of President of Purchase Committee in the presence of all reps quotation holders on 17 May 2024 at 1100 hours and closing time of quotations is 1030 hrs on the same day. 5. TENDER DOCUMENTS PAKISTAN NAVY WAR COLLEGE - LAHORE TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS FOR ITEMS/ SERVICES FOR CONVOCATION/ COURSE DINNER OF 53RD PN STAFF COURSE 1. The lowest technically acceptable quotation amongst firms registered with FBR will be accepted subject to final approval of the Purchase Committee and Commandant PN War College Lahore. 2. Envelope containing quotations should be marked "Quotations for each Category" as per categories published in PPRA Web Site 3. President Purchase Committee at PN War College may reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal. The procuring agency shall upon request communicate to any supplier or contractor who submitted a bid or proposal, the grounds for its rejection of all bids or proposals, but is not required to justify those grounds. 4. Quotations must be typed. Hand written quotations will not be accepted. 5. The quotation prices are to be inclusive of the IT and GST and other taxes, where applicable. All quotations should be referred in Pak Rupees. 6. The quoted rates shall be valid up to 01 month and no variation subject to dollar price/ inflation will be considered. 7. Conditional quotations will not be accepted. 8. There should be no cutting, crossing, rubbing or overwriting in the quotation. 9. Prior to the release of payment, "Purchase Committee" will certify the purchase with regard to timely supply of items as per specifications. Payment will be made as per the delivery of the items as per Govt rules/ procedures. No part payment will be made. 10. Sealed quotations alongwith the copy of GST and NTN registration certificate sent/ delivered at the under mentioned address, before 1030 hours on 17 May 2024. 11. All Govt. taxes shall be deducted as per Law. 12. Commandant PN War College reserves the right to not lift the entire quantity of any item during the year. 13. Applications received through courier shall not be entertained. 14. The Quotations will be received up till 17 May 2024 by 1030 hrs and shall be opened on the same date at 1100 hrs at address mentioned below. 15. Tender will be opened by Purchase Committee in the presence of the bidders or representatives of the firm on given time and place. 16. The quotations received after the due date and time will not be entertained in any case. 17.
